All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

For your convenience, we offer free shipping on most items when you spend $99 or more in a single transaction. Simply add your favourite products to your cart, reach the $99 threshold, and enjoy complimentary shipping on us!
Shipping Charges for Bulky, Larger and Heavy Items:
While the majority of our items are eligible for our $99 spend free shipping, some bulky or heavy products may not qualify for this offer. Due to the increasing cost of postage for these items, shipping costs will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
Split Orders for Best Value:
If you're purchasing a combination of small, light items along with bulky or heavy products, we recommend splitting your order for the best value. Place separate orders: one for your smaller, free shipping eligible items totalling over $100 to qualify for free shipping, and another for your bulky items. This way, you'll enjoy free shipping on your eligible items while only paying for shipping on your larger, heavier items.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout for all orders under $100.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
